1. Processing Time

All orders are prepared and packed with care within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Some items are made to order to ensure the best quality.

• UK Ready Stock: 5–7 business days
• International Orders: 10–18 business days
• Pre-order Items: 10-15 business days

Shipping times may vary slightly depending on customs or seasonal delays.

3. Shipping Fees

UK Delivery

• UK Standard Shipping: Free for all dress orders
• Please note: Accessories-only orders are not eligible for free shipping. Standard delivery charge (£4.99) will apply to accessory-only purchases.
  Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and delivered via tracked service.
• Express Delivery: £6.99 for 1–2 business days (Evri or Royal Mail Tracked).

International Delivery

• Europe – £9.99 (5–10 business days)
• USA & Canada – £12.99 (7–14 business days)
• Rest of World – £14.99 (10–16 business days)
• FREE international shipping on orders over £100.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location. Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties.

4. Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days, please contact us for assistance or refund options.

6. Note

Some dresses are made to order and shipped directly from our overseas studio.
We always aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in their original packaging
• Free from stains, perfume, or damage
• Returned with all tags and petticoat (if included)

Due to hygiene reasons, accessories such as tiaras, gloves, and wands are non-returnable.

How to Request a Return

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our part.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
