1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original packaging

  • Free from stains, perfume, or damage

  • Returned with all tags and petticoat (if included)

Due to hygiene reasons, accessories such as tiaras, gloves, and wands are non-returnable.

2. How to Request a Return

Please contact us at matchly.wonderland@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our part.

4. Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
